1. What the app does
Focus + Chill provides Focus and Chill listening modes, background playback, playlists, local tracks, and fresh cloud sounds. Some cloud tracks may be stored temporarily for smooth playback and removed by the app’s cache rules. Tracks you deliberately download as a premium feature may be kept according to the app’s behavior.
2. Information stored on your device
The app may store playlists, favorites, ratings, mode and playback settings, recent listening state, downloaded or temporary audio-cache state, tutorial state, and a pseudonymous device identifier. Local data is used to make the player, library, offline playback, and personalization features work.
3. Information handled by the app and services
Depending on your platform, app version, device settings, and features used, the app or its service providers may process:

We do not need precise location, contacts, health records, payment-card numbers, or government identification for ordinary listening. Payment processing is handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.
4. How information is used
We use information to deliver playback and cloud audio; remember playlists and preferences; avoid unnecessary repetition; rotate fresh sounds; personalize listening recommendations; measure feature use; diagnose crashes and playback problems; process premium access and restores; secure the service; support users; and improve future releases.
If future updates introduce new data uses, we will update this policy or provide additional notice when appropriate.
6. Your choices
You can manage available device permissions, analytics and diagnostics controls, advertising identifiers, notifications, and tracking controls through your device or platform settings. You can stop using cloud features or uninstall the app at any time. Subscription cancellation is managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
For privacy or deletion requests involving information we can reasonably identify, email privacy@twpventures.com. We may need to verify the request.
7. Retention and deletion
Temporary cloud audio is managed by the app’s cache rules and may be removed as new sounds are downloaded or storage is reclaimed. Local playlists, settings, and downloaded tracks generally remain until you remove them, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to device backups. Listening, analytics, subscription, and diagnostic information is retained only as reasonably needed for product operation, personalization, security, reliability, and legal obligations.
8. Children’s privacy
Focus + Chill is a general-audience listening app and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a way that requires parental consent. Parents or guardians may contact us if they believe information should be deleted.
