Plain-language summary: Decision is a maze-based brain-training game. Gameplay progress, maze state, settings, and IQ-style performance information may be stored on your device so the app can function and track progress. Depending on platform, app version, permissions, and settings, limited device, installation, attribution, usage, crash, and performance information may be processed by service providers that help us distribute, measure, secure, and improve the app. If you request Decision access or support by email or through a Decision signup form, we receive the information you choose to submit. We do not sell personal information.
1. Scope and developer
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Decision: IQ Improver + Mazes, including the Android / Google Play app, the iPhone / iOS app, the Decision website at twpventures.com/Decision-IQ-Improver/, and Decision-related signup or support experiences that link to this policy.
The developer and publisher is The Way Partners LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“The Way Partners,” “TWP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Decision’s IQ-style score is designed for gameplay and personal progress tracking. It is not a standardized clinical, medical, educational, or psychological IQ assessment.
2. Privacy summary
- Core gameplay does not require you to provide sensitive personal information.
- Gameplay information may be stored locally. This can include level progress, scores, settings, maze state, route or performance history, and similar game data.
- We do not sell personal information.
- The app does not use your maze score as medical or health information. It is a game-performance measure.
- Install, analytics, and diagnostics data may be processed. Depending on platform and settings, limited technical and usage information may help us understand installs, reliability, and product performance.
- If you contact us or request access, we receive what you submit. This may include your name, email address, message, and attachments you choose to send.
3. Information stored locally on your device
Decision may store information locally on your device so the game can work, remember your progress, and present performance history. Depending on the version you use, this may include:
- maze level and progression;
- IQ-style game scores and score history;
- completion time, route efficiency, moves, attempts, or similar gameplay measurements;
- settings, preferences, tutorial state, and interface choices; and
- other local state needed to resume or operate the game.
Local data generally remains on the device or in normal operating-system backups unless a feature explicitly syncs, shares, exports, or transmits it.
4. Information the app or Decision services may collect or transmit
Depending on your platform, privacy settings, consent choices, app version, network availability, and the features you use, Decision or its service providers may process the following categories of information:
| Category | Examples | Why it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Device or app identifiers | Pseudonymous installation identifiers, platform identifiers, and advertising identifiers where available and permitted | App operation, install attribution, campaign measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention |
| App activity and gameplay information | Sessions, level starts/completions, score or progress events, performance measurements, feature interactions, and similar game activity | Operating the game, maintaining progress where applicable, measuring product performance, balancing difficulty, and improving features |
| Device and technical information | Device model, operating system/version, app version, language or locale, network state, and similar technical details | Compatibility, reliability, diagnostics, security, and support |
| Network information | IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, and coarse country or region information that may be derived from an IP address | Network delivery, security, reliability, analytics, and abuse prevention |
| Crash and performance data | Crash reports, error information, stack traces, app/device state associated with a failure, and performance measurements | Diagnosing problems and improving reliability where diagnostics are enabled |
| Contact information you provide | Name, email address, support message, feedback, screenshots, or files you choose to submit | Providing access, responding to support or privacy requests, and sending Decision-related communications you requested |
Decision does not intentionally require precise GPS location, contacts, microphone recordings, camera content, health records, payment-card numbers, or government-issued identifiers for ordinary maze gameplay.
5. How information is used
We may use information to operate and deliver Decision; preserve gameplay functionality and progress where applicable; provide requested access or support; maintain security; diagnose crashes and errors; understand app reliability and usage; measure installs or campaigns; improve maze difficulty, scoring, and features; communicate about Decision when you ask us to; comply with law; and protect the rights and safety of users, TWP, and others.
We do not use an IQ-style Decision score as a medical diagnosis or as a substitute for professional psychological or educational assessment.
7. Your privacy choices
Device and platform privacy settings may allow you to control permissions, advertising identifiers, tracking, notifications, analytics, or diagnostics. Available controls depend on your device, operating system, app version, and the technologies used in that version.
On iPhone/iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency settings control tracking that requires ATT permission. On Android, Android privacy settings may allow you to manage or delete the device advertising identifier.
If you subscribed to Decision-related email updates or requested access by email, you may opt out of non-service communications using the method provided in the message or by contacting us.
You may contact privacy@twpventures.com with privacy questions or deletion requests relating to information we can reasonably identify.
8. Retention and deletion
Local gameplay data generally remains on your device until you clear app data, reset the relevant feature, or uninstall the app, subject to backups or synchronization controlled by your device, platform, or a future feature that clearly states otherwise.
Contact and signup information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested access or communication, respond to support, maintain appropriate business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Analytics, attribution, diagnostic, and technical data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for product analysis, security, campaign measurement, reliability, and troubleshooting, subject to service-provider retention controls and applicable law.
To request deletion of information we can reasonably identify, email privacy@twpventures.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Internet communications to our public website and service endpoints use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections where supported. No transmission, device, service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children’s privacy
Decision is a general-audience brain-training game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a way that requires parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information that should be deleted, contact privacy@twpventures.com.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Decision, our data practices, platform requirements, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this public URL and update the effective date above. If a future change materially expands collection or use of personal or sensitive information, we will provide any additional notice or consent required by law or platform policy.
