Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The Way Partners (“TWP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information across twpventures.com and the apps, games, websites, products, and services that link to this policy.

Product-specific notices control where they differ. Because TWP operates different apps and services, a particular product may provide additional privacy information inside the product or on its store listing. That product-specific notice supplements this policy and controls if there is a conflict.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information handled by TWP when you use a service that links to it, contact us, request support, or otherwise interact with us. It does not govern independent third-party services that have their own privacy practices.

2. Information we may collect

The information we collect depends on the service you use. We may collect:

  • Contact and account information, such as name, email address, username, account identifiers, and preferences you choose to provide.
  • Support and correspondence information, including messages, attachments, and information you send when requesting help or communicating with a TWP email address.
  • Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, language, crash information, diagnostics, and similar technical data.
  • Usage information, such as feature interactions, session activity, progress, gameplay events, and performance information when a product uses analytics or telemetry.
  • Transaction information, such as purchase status, order details, or fulfillment information. Payment-card information may be processed by app stores, payment processors, or commerce providers rather than stored directly by TWP.
  • User content, such as text, prompts, files, feedback, or other content you choose to submit to a service.

Some TWP products may collect none of these categories. A product-specific notice or platform privacy label should describe the practices that apply to that product.

3. How we use information

We may use information to provide and operate services; authenticate users; save preferences or progress; process transactions and fulfillment; provide customer support; maintain security; diagnose errors; understand product performance; improve existing services; develop new features; comply with law; and communicate about service, support, policy, or account matters.

Where required, we will request consent before collecting or using information for a purpose that requires it.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate a service or as otherwise described at the point of collection, including to:

  • Service providers that host infrastructure, deliver communications, process payments, provide analytics, support operations, or perform other services for TWP.
  • Platform providers such as Apple, Google, payment providers, or app-distribution platforms when their systems are involved in delivering a product or transaction.
  • Logistics, commerce, and fulfillment partners when information is needed to process or deliver an order or service.
  • Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with legal process, or meet legal obligations.
  • Business transaction participants in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of a business or assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some jurisdictions define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly; if a TWP product uses technology that falls within those definitions, that product will provide applicable disclosures and choices.

5. AI-enabled services

Some TWP products may use artificial-intelligence features. If a feature sends personal information or user content to an external AI provider, the applicable product will disclose that use and request permission when required. We expect service providers that receive user information to protect it consistently with their contractual obligations and applicable law.

Do not submit sensitive, confidential, privileged, regulated, or high-risk information to an AI-enabled feature unless the product clearly states that the feature is designed and authorized for that type of information.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing a service, maintaining security and records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type, product, and context.

Where a product supports account deletion, you may use the in-product controls provided. You may also request deletion or ask about retention by contacting privacy@twpventures.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.

7. Your privacy choices

Depending on your location and the applicable service, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You may also be able to manage permissions through your device or platform settings.

To make a request, email privacy@twpventures.com and identify the relevant TWP product. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children’s privacy

Unless a specific product expressly states otherwise, TWP services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through those general-audience services. Products designed for younger audiences may have additional notices, consent mechanisms, or restrictions appropriate to that product and applicable law.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TWP and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. When required, we use appropriate measures for cross-border transfers.

10. Email communications and confidentiality

Email is not guaranteed to be private, secure, timely, or error-free. You should not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, highly sensitive personal information, trade secrets, protected health information, or other information requiring a specially secured channel unless TWP has expressly provided one for that purpose.

Messages sent from a @twpventures.com address may contain confidential, proprietary, or legally privileged information intended only for the stated recipient. If you receive a TWP message in error, please notify the sender and delete the message and any copies. Any confidentiality notice does not itself create an attorney-client relationship, contractual duty, or privilege where one does not otherwise exist, and transmission by email does not guarantee confidentiality.

We may retain business and support correspondence for legitimate operational, security, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance purposes.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change applies.
